How booking works:
1. Choose your appointment type
Select the service that's right for you. If you're new to therapy with me, start with an Initial Consultation.
2. Complete the intake form
You'll answer a few questions to help me understand what's bringing you to therapy. This only takes a few minutes.
3. I'll review your information
I'll review your intake form to ensure we're a good match and that I can help with your specific needs.
4. Confirmation
Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Microsoft Teams link and everything you need for your session. At this point payment is required for your booking to confirm your session.
5. Your session
Join your secure video session from the comfort of your own home, or designated space at your appointment time.
