EMDR & CBT Therapist Specialising
in Trauma, AnxietY & Depression
Hi, I'm Kat
I'm passionate about helping people heal from trauma, anxiety disorders and depression and reclaim their lives. I truly believe that taking the first step to access therapy can be the hardest one - it can feel overwhelming and vulnerable. My role is to make that journey as comfortable and supportive as possible.
My approach is simple: You are the expert in your own life, and together we'll work towards achieving positive mental health and recovery from mental pain, which you absolutely deserve. I work flexibly, collaboratively and creatively, tailoring therapy to meet your individual needs, whilst ensuring treatment maintains the therapeutic evidence base for the best chance of wellness.
What to Expect
A safe, confidential space where you feel heard and understood. Everything we discuss is confidential, and you're always in control of the pace.
Online therapy via secure video means no travel, greater privacy, and therapy from the comfort of your own home. I believe we all have the right to live with positive mental health, and remote platforms ensure therapy can be accessed when needed.
Collaborative partnership - We'll work together to gain an understanding of your mental health difficulties and support you in learning skills and techniques to work towards and achieve positive mental health and recovery, as identified by you.
